Cancellation and Transfer policy
Notice of cancellation should be given in writing or by email to the VSC Events Team at least ten working days prior to the event to qualify for a refund.
All refunds are made at the discretion of Victoria Street Capital (VSC) and are subject to the deduction of a 10% administration fee.
Delegates cancelling less than ten days before the event will not be entitled to a refund.
If you are unable to attend an event you have booked and paid for and would like to transfer to another event or you are able to substitute your place with a colleague, please contact the VSC Events Team to make arrangements. All transfers will be made on an individual basis.
